A quick Vegetable Pasta that’s made with less pasta and more veggies that tastes so amazing, no one realises it’s a healthy pasta recipe!!!
Instructions
1.Boil 2 cups of pasta in 3 cups of water by adding some oil.
2.Bring it to the boil, continue to cook till the pasta is firm and cooked when bitten.do not over boil so the pasta isn't mushy.
3.Once done; drain the pasta and spread it on a plate and keep aside.
4.In a wok; heat the oil then add chopped vegetables to it. add in the pasta sauce and give it a nice mix.
5.Add in the pasta and sprinkle some black pepper and salt. toss it up with gentle hands and top it up with some olives.
6. Serve this pasta with some yummy chicken or use it to make some pasta salad.
