1. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 cup peas and salt to taste. saute this.
2. Now cover it and cook for five minutes. remove the lid and keep stirring the peas in between.
3. Now add half teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon amchur / dry mango powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon chaat masala and also a little water so that the masalas don’t dry off & burn.
4. Stir the peas, add a little water again so that the peas don’t dry off. add half teaspoon of ghee. keep stirring and then turn off the flame. sukhe matar is ready!!!
