This healthy, refreshing and super delicious strawberry yogurt smoothie comes together in just 5 minutes and is a great way to start your and your child's day.


1. Add 6-7 strawberries, 1/2 cup (60 ml) milk, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp flax seeds, 2 tsp brown sugar to your blender and blitz until smooth.

2. You can add water for consistency and blend again for few seconds. serve immediately.
