Instructions
1. In a plate, keep together all the chopped vegetables needed namely 2 chopped lemongrass sticks, 1 diagonally sliced red chilli pepper, chopped culantro, chopped green onion, chopped small celery, 1 sliced tomato.
2. Make incisions diagonally on both sides of calmari and cut them in triangles.
3. In a pot, boil some water with 1/2 tsp salt. add the squid and calmari. cook it for 5 minutes. remove and keep aside.
4. In a mixer grinder, add 7 garlic cloves, 10-11 red chillies, 4 shallots, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp lime juice. blend to a coarse paste.
5. In a mixing bowl, add the cooked squid and calmari. then add the chilli garlic sauce prepared above, 1 tbsp hot chilli sauce and 1 tsp chicken powder. mix well.
6. Then add all the chopped vegetables. mix and serve.
