Soya Chunks Fry

1. Grind the soaked soya chunks into a coarse paste.
2. In a bowl, add the prepared soya paste, salt, curry leaves, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, corn starch, chopped coriander leaves. mix well.
3. Divide into equal portions and make small roundels.
4. Heat oil in a pan; coat the prepared roundels with corn starch and deep fry till crispy and golden brown.
5. Serve hot with ketchup.
