1. In a pressure cooker add yam pieces, salt, garam masala, coriander powder,

Lemon juice, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste and boil until 4-5 whistles.

2. Heat tawa and pour some oil. fry the yam pieces till they turn brown in color and serve.
