Made with the soft and fresh sabodana beads, potatoes, peanuts and seasoned with aromatic spices and herbs, Sabodana vada is a savory dep fried snack loved by everyone. It is one of the most common meal during Hindu fasting.

Instructions

1. Wash sabudana in running water and then soak it in water for 4-6 hours or till sabudana soaks up the water and becomes so soft that it breaks / mashes between your fingers.

2. Drain and add to it all the ingredients except cheese.

3. Mix it well and make into small patties (tikki).

4. Heat oil and deep fry them till golden brown. you can also shallow fry them in a pan as well. serve them hot.
