Red Velvet Mug Cake
1. In a small bowl, add 3 tbsp milk and 1/2 tsp vinegar and set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl add 1/4 cup all purpose flour / maida, 2 tbsp castor sugar, 1 tsp cocoa powder and 1/4 tsp baking powder.
3. Add 1.5 tbsp oil, milk and vinegar mixture and 1 tsp red food colour to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
4. Add 1/2 tbsp cream cheese in the center of the batter.
Heat in the microwave for 70 seconds.
