Ragi Veg Toasties
This is what turned out to be for our lunch today which can be named as Ragi-semolina Toasties!
1. Mix 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1 medium sized chopped capsicum, 1 medium size chopped tomato, 1 medium size chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped bottle gourd, 1 chopped chilli, 1 tsp ginger, 1 cup semolina / rava / sooji, 1/2 cup curd, 1/3 cup ragi flour, water to adjust consistency, 1 tsp black pepper powder, chilli flakes to taste, oregano to taste, salt to taste. mix it well and then keep it aside for 5-6 minutess to let it soak!
2. Then, add a pinch of baking soda at the time of making the toasties and spread the mixture onto the bread slices.
3. Put them in the pan greased with oil. make sure to sprinkle some oil on top of the mixture as well to get a nice golden color.
4. Finally, sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano on your toasties and they are ready to be eaten!
