Appe are a healthy snack option these are light, fulfilling and mostly consumed in South India but getting popular in North India as well.
Instructions
1. In a bowl add 1 cup of ragi flour, 2 tbsp semolina / rava / sooji , all chopped veggies of your choice like onions, capsicum, cabbage, carrot.
2. You may add red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt as per your taste.
3. Make it into a batter like consistency by adding 1/2 cup curd and water. let the mixture rest fir 10 minutes.
4. Mix it and add half packet of eno fruit salt.
5. With a spoon drop the batter in appe stand and cover it. post some time flip and roast it on other side and appe are ready,
