Prawn Masala Omelette

Instructions
1. In a pan, add 1 kg deveined and descaled prawns / shrimps, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp grated ginger. mix and let the water evaporate completely.
2. In a bowl, add 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 diced onion, 1/2 cubed tomato, 2-3 slit green chillies. beat all ingredients well. also add chopped coriander leaves.
3. Once water evaporates from prawns, add 2-3 tbsp cooking oil, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder. stir and keep mixing. add chopped coriander leaves. remove in a plate.
4. In the same pan, pour in the egg mixture. spread prawns immediately. fold omelette from both sides and cook on medium heat. flip over and cook.
