Food With Tehreem
1. Mix together 3-4 medium sized boiled, peeled and grated potatoes, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, crushed black peppercorns to taste, 1-2 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs and salt to taste in a bowl.
2. Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions. dip in cornflour slurry, coat in bread crumbs, roll lightly between your palms, repeat the process once again and place on a plate.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. deep-fry the potato bites until golden-brown and crisp. drain on absorbent paper.
4. Serve hot with ketchup.
