Popcorn bhel is easy to make, and is quite different from regular bhelpuri, it's perfect for Evening munching.
Instructions
1) In a pressure cooker add actu pop corn, cover with the lid and let them pop.
2) In a mixing bowl add 1 cup popcorn (roughly crushed), add 1 small finely chopped onion, 1/2 small finely chopped tomato, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp finely chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chaat masala.
3) Squeeze 1 lemon, add chopped coriander leaves. mix well.
4) Add 2 tbsp sev and mix well.
5) Garnish with some coriander leaves and sev on top, serve immediately.
