A perfect start of the day. This peanut butter, banana and berry smoothie will keep you fill till noon and will be ready in 5 min with minimal ingredients. No sugar is added in this smoothie hence a healthy and yummy breakfast option
Instructions
1. In a blender add 1.5 glass of milk, 2 chopped bananas, 1 cup of berries (blackberries or strawberries), 2 tbsp peanut butter and 4 tbsp oats. blend it until you get a thick liquid.
2. Smoothie is ready. you may adjust the sweetness with honey if required.
