A oats and Chia smoothie is good enough on its own, but this one is made even better by the addition of banana or apple. This oatmeal smoothie is a nutritional breakfast bomb that will keep you satisfied until lunch.


1. Soak 1 tbsp unflavoured oats and 1 tbsp chia seeds with 6 tbsp curd overnight. the mixture should be like a milk shake. if you find it thick, add some water to make the consistency.

2. In the morning, oats and chia seeds will be properly soaked in curd. add any fruit like banana or apple. if you feel the curd is sour then add 1 tsp honey otherwise it's better if you can have it without honey.

3. Serve cold in a glass or bowl!
