Instructions
For carrot cake flavour overnight oats
1. In a glass jar add in 3/4 cup rolled oats.
2. Also add 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1/2 cup low fat milk.
3. Furthermore add 2 tbsp thick curd or greek yogurt, 1 tbsp honey and 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
4. Add in 1/2 cup grated carrot and press gently.
5. Then add 1 tbsp raisins and 1 tbsp walnuts.
6. Finally, refrigerate overnight and serve for morning breakfast.
Choco banana flavour overnight oats
1. Firstly, in a glass jar add in 3/4 cup rolled oats.
2. Also add 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1/2 cup low fat milk.
3. Furthermore add 2 tbsp thick curd or greek yogurt and 1 tbsp honey.
4. Add in 1 tbsp choco chips and 1 tsp vanilla essence.
5. Furthermore add in 1 chopped banana and press slightly.
6. Add in 1/2 tsp almonds and 1/2 tsp pistachios chopped.
7. Finally, refrigerate overnight and serve for morning breakfast.
