Magic of all the spices Cardamom, Nutmeg comes together in these Nankhatai making it a delightful experience. These are infused with goodness of cardamom and nutmeg.

1. In a large bowl, whisk the sugar and ghee with crushed cardamom & nutmeg until there are no lumps in it.

2. Add the plain flour, gram flour and bind the dough together.

Note: if you find the dough is not binding you can add a tablespoon of milk to it

3. Be careful while making the round circles as the dough is little crumbly. just take a small portion; make a round and put some cashews and almonds on it.

4. For baking, i've baked them in air fryer for 10 mins untill they become golden brown on the edges.

Note: a) if you have an oven then preheat it at 160 degrees centigrade and bake for 15-20 mins.

B) you can also bake them in a preheated kadai for 10-15 mins until they crack a little.

5. After baking them, let them cool for 5 mins and then remove them from the tray otherwise it will breakdown.

6. Finally, it's ready to eat as a healthy dessert.
