Made with red millets, freshly grated raddish and a combination of Indian spices, Mooli nachni roti is a fun variation of Mooli Parantha. If you have a bad day, all you need is these paranthas served with chilled yogurt and a litle butter.
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
2. Divide the dough into six equal portions and roll a portion into 125 mm that is 5 inch diameter circle using a little bit wholewheat flour for ruling.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa and cook the roti on it, using 1/4 teaspoon of oil till it turns light brown in colour from both the sides.
4. Repeat with the remaining dough to make five more rotis. serve immediately
