Fenugreek in anything tastes amazing. Now imagine a touch of fenugreek in your favorite dosa. Light, wholesome and lip-smacking, this recipe will become your favorite once you try it out.

Instructions

1. The rice must be soaked in fresh water for around 4 hours before blending.

2. Wash and clean the methi leaves and finely chop them. in a blender mix 6 spicy red hot chillies with half freshly grated coconut, quarter teaspoon turmeric powder . to this add the soaked rice. blend this into a smooth batter by adding enough water. the batter should be of free flowing consistency that is it is not too thick or thin. add the cut methi leaves in parts and mix well. cover it and keep it for 15 minutes.

3. Grease a cast iron tawa with gingely oil and start making the dosa as in the video. cover it and keep it for 5 minutes on a low flame then flip over and keep it for 3 more minutes. serve hot with any pickle of your preference or simply with a cup of curd.
