Maharashtrian style methi sabzi is a healthy and mouth watering dry side dish prepared by tossing fresh fenugreek leaves with aromatic Indian spices and herbs. This dish tastes best with all types of Indian breads.

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. add fenugreek leaves and sauté.
2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt to taste and mix well.
3. Add ½ cup water and stir to mix. add gram flour / besan and mix well.
4. Add lemon juice and give it a good stir. cover and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
