Sheetal's Kitchen – Hindi
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. add fenugreek leaves and sauté.
2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt to taste and mix well.
3. Add ½ cup water and stir to mix. add gram flour / besan and mix well.
4. Add lemon juice and give it a good stir. cover and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
