Instructions
1. Without turning on the flame, in a pan add 1 cup full fat milk along with 2 tbsp of the milk malai. add 2 cups of milk powder, 1/3 cup sugar and whisk it all well.
2. Turn on the flame and add two tablespoon ghee and mix continuously till thick. cook it nicely for a few minutes. stop cooking once you notice that this it leaves the sides of the pan. 3. let it cool down. once it cools down you will notice that it forms into crumbs.
4. Next add 1 cup desiccated coconut, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, chopped cashews, chopped pistachio, chopped almonds, saffron soaked in water as required, and mix it well using your hands.
5. Next, shape it into rolls and coated with desiccated coconut, decorate each with a strand of saffron and little water of the saffron soaked in water.
