1. Wash and dry the okra / lady finger. cut the crown and the tail.
2. Cut the okra into half and slice it again in the middle, remove the seeds and keep them aside
3. To the cut okra, add the spice powders namely chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, salt and mix them well.
4. Add besan, rice flour, cumin seeds and mix them well. let it sit for 10 minutes.
5. Heat some oil for deep frying.
6. Add the okras into the hot oil and deep fry them.
7. Cool it a bit and serve them.
