Ladies Finger And Mutton

1. In a pressure cooker , add 1/2 cup oil, 2 bay leaves, 1 inch cinnamon, 3 black cardamoms, 1 kg mutton, 1 tbsp each of ginger & garlic paste, 1/4 cup fried onions, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder.
2. Then add 4 tbsp tomato puree (or 1 big tomato), 1 cup curd, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup fried onions. mix and pressure cook for upto 3 to 4 whistles.
3. In a seperate pan, add 3 to 4 tbsp oil, then add 1/2 kg of washed and pat dried okra or bhindi (with slits on each). add juice of half a lemon. mix and fry for 4 to 5 minutes. then add 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
4. Transfer this cooked bhindi into the pressure cooker. add 2 chopped and 2 sliced green chillies, remaining 1/4 cup fried onions, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and 1 tbsp coriander leaves. cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
