1. Pound 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds / til and 1 tbsp olive oil in a mortar- pestle (khalbatta) to form a coarse paste. keep aside.
2. Combine together 3/4 cup thick curd, 1.5 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp fresh cream, olive oil-sesame paste and salt to taste in a bowl. mix well with help of a whisk till smooth.
3. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
4. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve chilled with lavaash or pita bread or bagel.
