Keto Garlic Butter Mushroom
1. Cut mushroom into quarters. however, you can cook them whole or cut into half or even slice them. choice is yours.
2. In a pan, add butter and let it melt. add the finely chopped garlic and let it infuse with butter. butter will froth up and garlic will start to turn golden brown.
3. Add mushrooms, salt and black pepper to taste. give it a good mix on high heat as mushrooms will release water and it will need to dry up. keep stirring intermittetly.
4. Once mushrooms dry up and they start to caramalise and leave a golden brown colour. take it off heat. serve hot!
