A granola bar a healthy alternative for people who have a sweet tooth. It is made with oats and nuts.
Instructions
1. Take a pan add 1/4 cup bran, 1 cup oats, 1/4 cup dessicated coconut. dry roast all ingredients till they turn pink and then transfer in a plate.
2. Now in that pan add 2-3 tbsp butter , 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup honey. mix well and cook till bubbles come on top then add dry ingredients as mentioned above. mix well then add 1/4 cup mixed nuts.
3. Now, pour the mixture in a greased mould and press firmly. let it set in fridge for 2-3 hours .
4. After 2 to 3 hours, de-mould the bar and cut it into pieces.
Serve healthy bars!!!!
