Ingredients
onion
sausage
egg
milk
salt
black pepper powder
mozzarella cheese
oil
Instructions
1.In a bowl, crack 2 eggs, add 1 tbsp milk and season it with salt and black pepper powder as per taste. using a fork to beat the ingredients until combined.
2.In a frying pan, heat 1 tsp oil on medium heat.
3.Once the oil is hot, stir in the sausages and yellow onion for about 3 minutes.
4.Stir in the beaten eggs and mozzarella cheese for about 1 minute.
5.Transter the scrambled eggs onto a toast and serve immediately. enjoy!
