A few ingredients here and there, and you can amke a chat out of everything in India. Egg Chaat is a savoury Indian snack prepared by tossing hard boiled eggs with boiled potatoes, chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes, chutneys and Indian spices. The crunchiness comes from the sec sprinked on top with coriander leaves.

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, green chillies and mix well.
2. Cut the eggs in half and add it to the prepared mixture. add salt and mix well. flip and cook from both sides for 1-2 minutes.
3. Place the prepared eggs on a serving plate, on individual egg halves, add green chutney, onion, tomato, cheese, cumin powder, sev, pomegranate pearls and chopped coriander.
4. Serve immediately.
