A refreshing delight for summers, cucumber raita is a marvelous combination of cool cucumbers and yoghurt- both ideal for beating the heat in summers. This recipe is a great side dish for lunch and dinner.

Instructions
1. In a bowl add curd and whisk it. add salt, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, grated cucumber and mix well.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and sauté.
3. Add this tempering to the raita and mix. remove it in a bowl and serve hot.
