1. First take the 250 grams chicken stripes marinate with butter milk and salt for 4 to 5 hours.
2. Take a bowl add marinated chicken add 2 tbsp corn flour, salt, 1 egg, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, oil, mix it well and rest for 2 hours then deep fry the chicken till cooked.
3. Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, 4 sliced green chilly,2 springs curry leaves, 1/2 bunch mint, turmeric, red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 3 tbsp curd, salt.
4. Msg(optional)mix it and add fried chicken stripes and toss them finish with chopped coriander and lime juice.
