This cabbage cheese paratha will become your child's favorite bread. It tastes good on its own or with a mint or green chutney. It must be served hot.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, add 2 cups wheat flour, 1 finely chopped cabbage, 2 boiled potatoes (mashed / chopped), 3 finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, little oil. mix well. add little water and make medium tight dough. dough is ready!

2. Take a small dough ball and roll it to make chapatis. add grated processed cheese. seal the ball and roll it again.

3. Heat a tawa, and roast the chapati from both the sides till golden brown. add butter / oil.

4. Cabbage cheese parantha is ready! have it with dahi or chutney of your choice.
