1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 medium finely chopped onion, 1 small finely chopped tomato, 1 small boiled potato cut into cubes, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp tamarind chutney. mix everything well.
2. Add 1 cup puffed rice, 3 tbsp mixture, 2 tbsp nylon sev, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp mustard oil (optional) and mix everything well.
3) Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish with some sev and coriander leaves. enjoy!
