Beetroot Soya Cutlet

1. Grind the soaked and strained soya chunks
2. Add to it the mashed potato and grated beetroot.
3. Now add the spices like salt, garam masala, chilli, amchur powder, roasted gram flour and bread crumbs. mix all the ingredients.
4. Make small patty and shallow fry them.
Note: this serves 2 people!!
