Baked French Toast Sticks

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°c. line a baking sheet with foil and grease it with cooking spray.
2. Take 2 bread slices each and cut them into three sticks. repeat the same process with remaining bread slices.
3. Take a shallow dish, whisk together 3 eggs and 1.5 cups milk.
4. Add 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 3 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp vanilla extract. mix well.
5. Dip each bread stick in the prepared vanilla mixture. coat well on all sides.
6. Shake off the excess mixture and arrange each slice on the baking sheet.
7. Make sure bread sticks are not sticking to each other.
8. Now bake these for 12-15 minutes. then flip them once, spray them with cooking spray and again put them in the oven for another 12-15 minutes.
9. Check for these sticks to turn crisp and golden.
10. Remove these french toast sticks from the oven. serve warm with maple syrup.
