Instructions
1. In a pot, add water to boil. once water boils, add salt and a pinch of food colour (optional). when the water comes to a rolling boil, add 200 gms noodles.
2. Once cooked, strain the noodles, drizzle some oil and mix using a tong.
3. Deep fry some garlic, sliced onions seperately till golden brown in colour.
4. In a flat bowl, add the cooked noodles, raw sliced onions, 1 cup shredded cabbage, 1 grated carrot, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp tamarind water, chilli flakes, few tsp salt water, store bought fried crackers, few chopped coriander leaves, fried garlic slices, fried onions. mix them all together. check seasoning and serve.
