Apple season is in full swing! It makes for the best breakfast layout with the added health boost of greek yogurt and apples.

Instructions

1. Deseed and dice 1 gala apple and keep aside.

2. In a bowl, take 2 cups greek yogurt. add 2 tbsp honey and 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder. mix well and set aside.

3. In a glass jar, layer the ingredients starting with 1 spoonful of gala apples, granola, followed by walnuts or pecans.

4. Add yogurt-cinnamon mixture on top.

5. Again layer with diced apples, granola, walnuts or pecans and yogurt-cinnamon mixture.

6. On top add granola and walnuts.

7. Garnish with sliced apples and mint leaves.
