The wholesome combination of potatoes and okra is not just unoque but extremely healthy and flavorful. Cooked with the authentic Indian spices, it is best served with hot chapatis.

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. add cumin seeds and once they start to change the colour, add potatoes and sauté for a minute.

2. Add turmeric powder, salt, tata sampann red chilli powder and mix well. cover and cook for 6-8 minutes or till the potatoes are ¾ cooked.

3. Add bhindi and dried mango powder and toss well. cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. add coriander leaves and mix well.

4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
