1. Cook all the vegetables in boiling water. firstly add the hard vegetables which take more time to cook and then add the vegetables that take less time to cook. together this may take about 15 minutes.
2. Make a masala paste with grated coconut, roasted red chillies, tamarind and salt.
3. Add the masala paste into a vessel and boil it. then add all the cooked vegetables and cook them together for 3 minutes.
4. Switch off the flame and add a tempering made separately of oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves.
