Preparation steps

1. Strain the curd through a muslin cloth and keep it hung overnight for 8 hours until all the water is drained out of curd. out of 2 kg curd you'll get around 500- 600 gms of hung curd. refrigerate it.

2. Grind the sugar to a powder.

3. Grind the cardamom/ elaichi into a morter passel. remove the skins. keep the texture a little grainy.

4. Soak saffron strands in lukewarm milk for 10 mins.

Method

1. In a large bowl, take the hung curd.

2. Whisk it till smooth with a hand whisker or electric whisker.

3. Add the powdered sugar according to your preference. mix well.

4. Whisk it together until the mixture turns smooth and glossy.

5. Add the ground cardamom and soaked saffron milk and mix well.

6. Chill in the refrigerator and tadaa!

7. Garnish with saffron and rose petals and serve
