1. Cut the apples into wedges / slices.
2. Take a non stick pan. heat the ghee. shallow fry the apples for 2-3 minutes at a low medium flame.
3. Add the powdered sugar and cook for some more time until the sugar gets caramelized and gets mixed with the apple.
4. Add cinnamon powder and mix all the ingredients well. cool it and then garnish it with powdered sugar and then serve.
You may also use butter instead of ghee if you are not making it for the vrat.
