1. Soak samak ke chawal in water for 20 minutes.

2. Peel the banana and mix it with 250 ml milk and grind it to a smooth puree.

3. Heat the remaining milk in a pan and bring it to a boil. drain the water out of the samak chawal and add it to the boiling milk. 4. add dry fruits of your choice and cook on medium heat till the chawal is cooked and milk is thick.

5. Once the rice is cooked add cardamom powder and sugar. add the banana milk puree at this stage. again bring it to a boil add add desi ghee to it. cook till milk thickens. remove from heat and serve it hot or cold.
