1. In a bowl add 2 cups crumbled paneer, 1 cup grinded makhana, handful of coriander leaves, two chopped green chilies, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon black pepper, half teaspoon dry ginger powder, half teaspoon chaat masala, mix it well.
2. Take a small portion and make a round ball. flatten and make tikki.
3. Grease the pan with some oil and place the tikkis on it. shallow fry the chicken on low flame. cook from both the sides till golden and crispy.
