1.On medium heat, in a pan add two tablespoon desi ghee. add singoda fkour and roast it until golden brown.

2. Add cardamom powder, chopped cashews, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios and desiccated coconut and mix it well.

3. Add raisins, sugar and 3 cups of water. keep stiring till water is absorbed and ghee leaves the sides of the pan.

4. Grease the plate for mixture to set and pour the mixture and spread evenly.

5. To smoothen the topmost layer take a steel katori and grease the lower part of the katori with ghee and rub it against the topmost layer of the mixture in the greased pan.

6. Keep it aside to set for 10 minutes. after 10 minutes cut into squares or any shapes as per your desire.
