1. Begin by roasting semolina for a few minutes on low flame till it turns brown. take it out on a plate and keep aside.
2. In a pan, take milk for boiling. add sugar and cardamom. stir and let it come to boil.
3. Take out few tablespoons of warm milk in a small bowl and soak saffron for a few minutes. keep aside.
4. Now add roasted semolina and mix thoroughly.
5. Add soaked saffron milk and mix well.
6. Switch off the gas. garnish with chopped dry fruits. serve hot.
