Off late, I have been obsessed with making laddoos, mostly because of the tons of variations these come with and how easy are these to make. Not denying the fact that it needs a lot of patience and time, but seeing your loved ones enjoying them makes all the hassle worth it.

Instructions

1. In a large wok, heat ghee and then add whole-wheat flour.

2. Roast atta and semolina in ghee on low-medium flame for about 3-4 hours, whilst stirring in between. the color of the atta changes to dark brown and also turns aromatic, giving signs of readiness.

3. Also add chopped nuts and roast for a few minutes.

4. Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool slightly.

5. Add sugar and mix everything well.

6. Grease your hands with ghee and make small round shaped laddoos.

7. Keep in the refrigerator for around 5 minutes for them to become firm. enjoy.
