1. In a large wok, heat ghee and then add whole-wheat flour.
2. Roast atta and semolina in ghee on low-medium flame for about 3-4 hours, whilst stirring in between. the color of the atta changes to dark brown and also turns aromatic, giving signs of readiness.
3. Also add chopped nuts and roast for a few minutes.
4. Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
5. Add sugar and mix everything well.
6. Grease your hands with ghee and make small round shaped laddoos.
7. Keep in the refrigerator for around 5 minutes for them to become firm. enjoy.
