1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. add garlic and sauté till golden. add onion and sauté till translucent. add cherry tomatoes, mix and cook for a minute.
2. Add salt, pepper powder, mix and cook for a minute. add zucchini strips and carrot strips, mix and cook for a minute.
3. Add cream and mix well. switch off heat, add parmesan cheese powder and torn basil leaves and mix well.
4. Serve hot garnished with parmesan cheese shavings and basil leaves.
