Ladoos are a quintessential Indian sweet savoured on every festival or occasion in our country. Try out this version as well.

Instructions

1. In a heated pan roast besan in slow flame.

2. When besan is semi roasted add atta & sooji and roast all three till done.(golden brown)

3. Remove from heat & let it cool down.

4. Grind sugar in a mixer grinder.

5. In a dish add flour, sugar & elaichi and chopped dry fruits.

6. Heat ghee & mix all together.

7. Make small balls.

8. Enjoy the ladoos
