Aa traditional and a classic dessert recipe made from wheat grain and jaggery. The recipe hails from the popular Gujarati cuisine, but also extremely popular in Rajasthan and Maharashtra.

Instructions

1. First dissolve the jaggery in 2 cup hot water and mix well. keep aside .

2. Heat ghee and roast the coconut. once it golden brown take them out and add broken wheat . roast them till the aroma comes and it turns to golden.

3. Pour the jaggery mixture and cardamom powder and stir until well combined .

4. Reduce the heat to low and cover for 10 min.

5. Check once the wheat become tender and separate. it shouldn’t be sticky .

6. Once it is done you can serve them hot.
