1. First dissolve the jaggery in 2 cup hot water and mix well. keep aside .
2. Heat ghee and roast the coconut. once it golden brown take them out and add broken wheat . roast them till the aroma comes and it turns to golden.
3. Pour the jaggery mixture and cardamom powder and stir until well combined .
4. Reduce the heat to low and cover for 10 min.
5. Check once the wheat become tender and separate. it shouldn’t be sticky .
6. Once it is done you can serve them hot.
