This is a spicy and tangy curry. Coconut and spices ground together gives a very nice flavor and texture. This can be a dry sabji or a little gravy one.

Instructions

1. Heat a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, hing, red chilly, curry leaves and turmeric.

2. Once the mustard seeds pops add chopped onions saute for about 3 to 4 mins on medium flame, now add the chopped cluster beans add salt.

3. Cook it covered for 2 mins, now add 1/2 cup water and cook it covered.

4. Meanwhile grind the ingredients under grind section to a smooth paste adding a little water.

5. Check if the cluster beans are cooked, once it's cooked add the ground masala to it. mix well and add jaggery to it.

6. Cook it until the raw smell goes away and becomes a little thick.

7. Serve with roti, chapati or rice. or a side for rasam rice.
