Instructions

1. In a bowl take 1 cup gram flour, half cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage, 2 to 3 chopped green chilies, 1/2 bowl finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/4 cup fresh milk cream. crumble the mixture well using your hands.

2. Add little water at a time and knead the dough. the kneaded dough should be hard. cover and let it rest for 10 to 12 minutes.

3. After 10 minutes, divide the dough into equal portions and gently roll it. you don’t need to dust the dough. give it a proper shape.

4. Add little oil on the tawa and roast on low to medium flame. flip the side gently.

5. Roast both sides very well. remove half cooked roti’s from the tawa and roll the half cooked cookie again till it reaches the thickness of a parantha.

6. Cook it again on low to medium flame. add few drops of cooking oil and flip side. cook both the sides. serve it hot once it is properly cooked.
